It’s easy to use, and it offers several options for filling in time entries.

Inputting information seems to be very easy, whether that is time or expenses. I really only use the timesheet and expense sheet. I have not ventured outside of those two areas. It is intuitive and easy to use. I do not see a need to use AI in the interface at all.

I enjoy using ClickTime for my weekly schedules. It speeds up the process of downloading and uploading my times and is quick and convenient. I appreciate how it separates all of our necessary programming. It's made everything more efficient, especially in knowing exactly which funds were utilized from which grant. I find it really easy to delegate all of our times as a specific organization and role. I value the system's ability to track funds properly for grant reviews. It memorizes what we're doing and helps in maintaining consistency if our week stays the same. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I really like how it's convenient for allocating hours towards the proper area for funding. Overall, I think it’s very effective as a tool for our small team of 11 to 12 people.
