I also like how ClickTime gives our firm structure, allowing us to analyze our business model and adjust our rates and contracts. It's very simple to use, and new employees understand it quickly. Setting it up was very easy too.

I like the ability to immediately enter my time after completing a task, no matter where I am, by utilizing the app on my iPhone. The type-ahead feature is really useful as it brings up the projects and has a set of activities that are predescribed, which I can choose from.
