ClearPoint is an amazing tool that becomes a one stop shop for tracking everything. We had an outstanding implementation during the building phase and we were able to take the tool and create our own performance dashboard for every department.

We are in the process of introducing the Kaplan–Norton Balanced Scorecard framework and what I really like about ClearPoint is how naturally it supports this. It provides a single, integrated platform that connects strategy maps, objectives, measures, initiatives, and reporting creating a clear line of sight from intent to action. The initiative module is particularly strong and gives us confidence we can effectively manage our strategic initiatives in one true single source of truth. This will help already reduced manual reporting and helped our leadership focus on insights and decisions, not chasing data. The built‑in Briefing Book, reporting capabilities, and emerging AI features will be especially valuable. We see ClearPoint Strategy as our strategic workspace.

The most helpful thing about ClearPoint is how easy it is to navigate and learn through their training guides. It’s even better when we have a strong representative helping us meet our needs, like Katie Oliverio. Anytime we reach out, she responds right away and has made the effort to come on site, meet with us, and answer any questions or concerns we may have.
