Knowledge articles and support is great. We can quickly chat from support pop-up for quick resolution. Calendars sync up very quickly. User management and provisioning is easy. Activity monitoring helps if there is any anomaly. Implementation was quick and easy. Integration is mostly point and click and no new development is needed.
