I use Cin7 Core for running my inventory management system, and it allows me to have a full oversight of my inventory and sales processes. I required technical support and was assisted by Heena Trivedi, who was very friendly and helpful. I enjoy all of the features and it has helped provide valuable oversight over my business.

1. The team from support to management do listen to our feedback and implement changes that we've suggested where and when possible / makes logical sense to do so. 2. Support is good, timely and listen. Not AI but humans that understand. If you lay out step by step instructions to replicate any issues, they can then replicate it and apply a fix / patch. 3. When everything is running smooth, it streamlines our processes from PO, SO, sync'ing of stock, warehouse management, 3rd party platform integrations, cogs, BOMsm batch tracking etc etc. 4. UI is quite good / nicely laid out, probably the main dashboard could do with an overhaul. 5. It's real and actual accounting. Other platform's out there don't track landed COGs correctly and many use averages which isn't correct when re-ordering products. 6. The team listens to our feature requests / ideals and have implemented them when possible. 7. AI options we don't really use just yet. 8. Pricing is fair but does seem to increase yearly.

It connects Shopify and marketplaces, so inventory and orders update automatically in one system.
