I think the user interface on the Choco platform is really user-friendly. The team at Choco has been super helpful in getting us set up and making sure we're making the most of Choco as a platform. Having an easy-to-use interface is important since it's reassuring that it's not more complicated than our current system. Their onboarding process is really helpful, as the Choco team's support has been great for the early transition to a new way of doing things. It's pretty easy to get started, and they have a very helpful team.
