CharlieHR have been very helpful with HR advice, their platform is very user-friendly and have made people operations much easier to scale at our quickly growing start up. The Charlie Team are incredibly responsive to my questions and queries and has been an invaluable source of People Advice.

We should have joined Charlie years ago

Even though we're a small company, the time saved using this platform runs to over 200 hours per year. We've had several HR meetings with Charlie for support and they've always been so quick to get back to us with clear advice which is tailored to us. I so wish we'd joined years ago, especially at the cost of just £4/pp. Every startup should do this! It's so much better to get things (policies, handbook, processes) in places when you're still small before you scale. The team are always quick (within a few working hours) to get back to questions on the chat bot and they have article suggestions that are actually useful.
