I really like Chameleon for its ease of use: it allows even a non-tech person to use it effectively in a short time. I particularly appreciate the micro survey feature, which we use to collect the Net Promoter Score from our customers, and the fact that Chameleon supports both staging and production environments, offering a lot of flexibility and also cost savings. Moreover, the initial setup was quite simple and I found it really pleasant. The AI feature (Copilot) allows for detailed queries on the data collected from customers; I find it very useful and cost-effective. We have integrated Chameleon with our web platform and, soon, we would like to connect Chameleon's data with HubSpot to be able to perform personalized actions with customers. In general, so far Chameleon has not given any errors and has worked very well.
