Tools such as Copilot, Insight Explorer, and the Annotation Builder allow users to define prompts and automatically generate insights based on process data. These features continuously improve their responses by learning from user feedback, making analysis faster and more intuitive. Another key capability of Celonis is Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM). OCPM is especially valuable when there is a need to analyze multiple business objects simultaneously and understand how their events are interconnected. It provides end-to-end visibility across complex processes, enabling deeper insights into object relationships, event correlations, and real process behavior beyond traditional case-centric process mining.
