Solved our service procurement problem, very user friendly
Being a relatively young company without a lot of experience, we needed a system which helps us find the best service suppliers. With this tool, we were able to filter the best ones and increased the quality of the service providers. Additionally, by comparing more suppliers, we were often able to get a better deal and saved a lot of money in the process.
The best aspect is the usability and the intuitive workflows. It's easy to understand for everyone at what stage the project is and what must be done.

A great addition to our software suite!
I am very happy about the implementation of Mercanis in our organization as we are now able to source services way more efficient than we were before. My company has been struggling with purchasing professional services for quite a while now as we found no suitable solution that covered all our needs. Existing procurement software somehow did the trick however was never fully-adapted to professional services.
