What I love most about caralegal is how it takes the absolute headache out of data privacy compliance and actually makes it collaborative. Instead of drowning in endless spreadsheets and chasing down different departments for DPAs or PAs, everything is centralized and automated.

We use caralegal in the Group Data Privacy environment of an internationally operating corporation and have had very good experiences with it. Particularly noteworthy is the practical design of the tool: caralegal helps to map complex data protection processes – such as DSARs, DPIAs, or Incident Management – in a structured and comprehensible manner. Especially in a decentralized setup with many participants, the clear process guidance is extremely helpful. The continuous development based on customer feedback is also noticeable. Everyday requirements are taken seriously and visibly incorporated into the product. The exchange at the customer event confirmed this once again. Another plus point is the good balance between standardization and flexibility: The system provides clear guidelines but at the same time leaves enough room to accommodate company-specific requirements.
