She helped schedule my training, answered my questions about seat allocation, data uploads, calling experience efficiently and swiftly. I honestly don't know if I ever waited more than an hour for a response from her, it was truly above and beyond. The platform itself is fantastic, the ability to dial up to 10 lines at a time, the customization abilities, the call connection stability, all of it was so easy to use. I had no trouble at all getting going myself, and training my team was a breeze. Would highly recommend this team and this platform to anyone interested.
