The best aspect of the Calira platform is how clear and user-friendly the interface and dashboard are. All of our institute users find it very easy to make bookings, add equipment, and handle similar tasks.

The booking system is intuitive and includes a clear graphical view of booking times for each instrument. Users don’t need any training from the Calira admin to start making bookings. For each instrument, you can configure the minimum and maximum allowed booking durations. Instrument-specific QR codes can be generated and attached to the instrument(s), giving users quick and easy access to the Calira mobile app. It’s also straightforward to add additional (similar) instruments using the “copy/paste” function. Finally, users can be sorted by their most recent booking, making it easy to identify inactive users and remove them from the system.

Easy to use and intuitive with straightforward design. I like the annoucements feature, the export reports are very complete and gives you freedom to manage the data quite freely. Lab dashboard gives a good overview of what's going to happen in the lab.
