They have always been helpful when we had problems. We can coordinate more efficiently. We started using it during lockdown for social distancing and that worked well too. I can download reports to determine when machines have been used for enough hours to need maintenance.

The best aspect of the Calira platform is how clear and user-friendly the interface and dashboard are. All of our institute users find it very easy to make bookings, add equipment, and handle similar tasks.

The booking system is intuitive and includes a clear graphical view of booking times for each instrument. Users don’t need any training from the Calira admin to start making bookings. For each instrument, you can configure the minimum and maximum allowed booking durations. Instrument-specific QR codes can be generated and attached to the instrument(s), giving users quick and easy access to the Calira mobile app. It’s also straightforward to add additional (similar) instruments using the “copy/paste” function. Finally, users can be sorted by their most recent booking, making it easy to identify inactive users and remove them from the system.
