Calira is easy to use, and its interface feels very intuitive. I also find it really helpful that a third party is responsible for keeping the software up to date and secure, which gives me more confidence in using it. We have many users and keeping them familiar with Calira is easy. The options for mass emails is helpful when we have issues with our equipment so we can keep our clients informed about equipment status. We have also found Callira to be a reliable platform that is reasonably priced. It has been several years since we started using Calira and their support has been very responsive and comprehensive so that we can keep using the software as intended. We don't currently have any software integrations with Calira but are aware that there are software packages that are available to help us if we decide they are necessary.

It's organized in an intuitive manner and has several features that make it useful for our needs. The ability to include technical documentation, send notifications to users about equipment status, include maintenance schedules, generate reports, users can make their own notes about protocols and procedures.

I use Calira to book lab equipment and workspaces across our building. It makes it easy to book equipment or space without going back and forth with other labs. It’s easy to use, gives us an unlimited number of equipment booking slots, and lets me know when equipment is added or removed. Setup was very easy, with no issues. If you have a lot of equipment being used across multiple groups, it’s the perfect tool to keep things organized.
