I like how you can customize the training materials, forms, and KB pages quickly without the need to submit them to an outside source. Also that we own all our materials used.

Specifically, employees receive immediate quality feedback that allows them to acknowledge and self correct their behavior, enables Managers to manage performance through Coaching & Feedback tools and provides invaluable trend reporting for root cause analysis.
