Engineering ManagerMid-Market (51-1000 emp.)Intuitive UX and intelligent dashboards for real time observability
It provides an excellent, centralised way for us to gain insight into our systems’ behaviour through logs and metrics, and we rely on it daily to monitor important customer trends. The UX is very intuitive while still enabling powerful reports and dashboard views. The team has also been very responsive to our improvement suggestions and quick to patch any minor issues when they come up.

Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)Affordable and Fast Logging Solution
I like Bronto's fast query capabilities and appreciate the pricing, which I find to be the best on the market. I enjoy not having to use an agent as it's mostly agnostic and the idea of ingesting data from different sources using HTTP ingestion is appealing.

Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)Simple, Cost-Effective Centralized Logging That Scales
What I like most is that Bronto gives us a simple, cost-effective way to centralize all of our logging in one place. It’s easy to manage, scales well with our needs, and the pricing is much more reasonable than many alternatives.
