Brightspot has a bunch of amazing content flexibility that really changes everything you can do with it. I love the drag and drop page builder because it lets us make custom layouts which feel simple and fast to get done. The multi channel publishing feature is great, we could put our stuff on website, app, or social media all at once without having to redo any of it.

The high points for Brightspot for me include the side-by-side preview feature. It's a game changer, allowing me to see exactly how a story will look on multiple devices like smartphones, desktops, and Apple Watches simultaneously before I hit publish. I am also impressed by the permission granularity. It lets me give guest contributors access to only one specific folder without risking the security of the rest of the site. Additionally, the setup was quite easy and straightforward, guided by the setup wizard, taking only around three to four days to learn all the features and workflows.

I love using Brightspot as the center for all our digital storytelling, enabling us to create content once and publish it everywhere without jumping between different systems. The real-time collaboration tools are the best feature, allowing multiple editors to work on the same story simultaneously. I find the translation manager incredibly efficient, as it automatically pushes stories to our international sites while keeping the original layout intact. The style guidance integration is another highlight, catching any formatting or brand errors before writers even hit the submit button. The setup was easy due to highly guided processes and the integration hub, which made moving an entire company’s data simpler. The ability to use preconfigured blueprints to get our strategy ready in just a few days was impressive.
