The best thing about BrightIdea is the ease of integration with other tools that we are using. It is easy to use and implement it in our processes. The app provides us with a good interface for customer support. Even if the requests come in at a small rate, the longevity of the execution means that ideas remain in the pipeline for long periods of time and we end up using the app often, to provide updates to the requester.
