BQE Core does it all
BQE Core makes invoicing and expensing a breeze. The process is simple and any needed adjustments are quick and easy to make. Customer service is always helpful, and I can usually find the answers to my questions in the BQE Core Assistant.

Product better for small consulting firm, unresolved issues with support, poor reporting
BQE Core has some flexibility for making changes to time entries and project costs by using the batch update option. There is also clear visibility to identify billable and non-billable time entries. There is a good amount of basic performance available in the project screens. It is easy to update bill rates for time already entered. This product seems to be a good fit for small consulting/architectural/engineering firms that have a limited number of projects and transactions.

Complete and easy-to-use solution
I have been using BQE Software for over 1 year. I have been regularly logging hours and expenses as part of my daily work. I love the app version where I can take a picture of my receipt and discard it immediately, this has saved me a lot of time by passing the expenses directly to the accounting team. Tracking billable hours is also quite easy and there are a couple of options to do it, from using project timers that you can pause and resume to the old manual entry method. Overall, I am very happy with this platform.
