Core itself is fairly straightforward to use and interact with, when compared to more "database" driven project management programs. We've been clients since 2023 and they have constantly provided upgrades and integrations with other different providers to make things more seamless. We've had little to no issues as it relates to connectivity and performance over the 3 years we've been clients as well. It's priced well below some competitors and for us, is a great ROI. Onboarding was rough back in 2023, but support has been STELLAR, their tech support team is some of the best, always friendly and almost always no wait to talk with a live person who is ready to help.
