I use Boulevard for spa appointments, check-ins, and checkout. It's an easier system to use, especially because the client can check in even if I'm tied up or on the telephone. The check-in and checkout feature is the best part.

The way bookings are handled in the calendar and the ease of rescheduling are vital. Plus, having client names configured with the Hello Sugar website through Boulevard is really important. It's great that Boulevard is available not just for me but for all Hello Sugar employees across many salons.

The support center and help chat have been second to none. The ease to find answers in those two places really makes the maneuvering through Boulevard streamlined. The listening to actual users and making adjustments in the software to streamline services is also top notch.
