I like that Boulevard is seamless and it's easy for my clients to book as well as myself. I really like all the different options of marketing and think that the email feature is pretty seamless. I also appreciate having the availability to look up anything when I have a problem. I really like the text reminders and the communication between clients. I think it's nice that clients can contact me without using my personal line but through Boulevard. I also really like the calendar that they put out with events, as it serves as a gentle reminder and a better way to market my business. Lastly, the initial setup was really nice, and the support was excellent with staff being patient and helpful.
