Instead of manually scanning/batching hundreds of contract documents each week, we email .pdf sets of documents to a designated emailbox. The system identifies, separates, and indexes the various documents with incredible speed, security, and, most importantly, increased accuracy. The automation and OCR technology is state of the art and has saved us hours of labor.
