I've worked with Grooper for the last 3-4 years and is used every day to pull information from several different locations with ease. I am happy with what it has done to keep us efficient in a diminishing workforce environment. When trained right, Grooper can do a lot of the heavy lifting and get documents to in cold storage with points of validations that ensures it's getting to the right spot. Customer support has help with major problems and bugs that arise and are very knowledgeable.

Grooper was very easy to learn and is easy to navigate. The scan time is very quick and of great print quality.
