The customer service was excellent. The entire team was so helpful throughout the implementation process. We also really enjoy the map features as it has totally change the way that we communicate with both in-person and virtual guests.

They walked us through each step of the onboarding process in a way that made sense, and wasn't overwhelming—even with our tight timeline. The platform itself is intuitive, and I love how easy it is to make updates, customize tours, and manage everything independently. It's great not having to rely on a support team for every small change. This was a great switch for our institution, and I’m so glad we made the leap!

The system is very intuitive and it was easy to set up our tour in a short turnaround time. Making updates and adding content has also been seamless. You have a lot of control over your content and can make immediate updates, unlike other platforms I have used in the past. Customer support was responsive when I had questions and set up regular meetings to support our time through the implementation. Integration was a piece of cake!
