I liked that the build platform of the virtual tour was pretty user friendly. It was easy to learn and intuitive which made the build process pretty stress free. It was also great that there were regular check ins with the Circuit team to ensure we were on track and that our questions were answered in a timely manner.

The process of generating tour narration using AI voices seemed daunting at first, but the team at Circuit has some great tools and resources to help create a user experience that is in line with our brand and provides added value for users who prefer an audio guide. It was easy and intuitive to create narration, and if we had any trouble, it was easy to reach out to the support team to get a tutorial or refresher course.
