I really appreciated the smoothness during the recruitment process. Taylor was highly communicative in all moments and even gave tips and advice to help prepare for the next interview. I valued the human touch component, which means they look beyond the CV at the person and the value they bring. I also liked the pre-interview emails that they sent with links to better understand the company. Taylor even explained what to focus on in terms of my presentation in the final round. The people-first approach encourages me to continue my partnership with Betts because I know I can count on them for honest candor and a smooth process.

I found Betts Recruiting to be instrumental in helping me secure my first job. They reached out to me on LinkedIn, recognizing a potential match for a role that suited my background. Kerwin from Betts was incredibly supportive, providing me with guidance throughout the interview process, doing a lot of interview prep to ensure I was confident and helping me secure an offer. Their recruitment expertise was super valuable, especially in helping me understand the company I was interviewing for and how to present myself as a competitive applicant by leveraging my skills. I particularly appreciated the interview prep, the one-on-one support, and how they facilitated communication by acting as a middleman during the scheduling of my interviews.

The interview preparation was incredibly helpful. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to do that level of research on my own.
