I use Better Stack for monitoring our company's health systems, and it solves basically everything for us. The uptime monitoring and the status pages are super cool. What stands out the most is the critical incidents, scheduled maintenance, and service announcements systems, which fully automate our work. These features let our team know of any errors or downtime, and we're super quick with handling it because of Better Stack. I love Better Stack because it is super cheap and easy to use. The initial setup was super quick and easy too. I switched from Datadog because it was harder to use and more expensive.

I love using Better Stack for logging, telemetry, and alerting. It's been great for unifying data from our multiple services, making it easier to manage our cloud deployments. One of my favorite features is the AI SRE, which is pretty cool. It allows us to describe incidents in natural language, pull up logs, build a story, and create metrics for alerting on edge cases. This helps us quickly diagnose issues in production. Setting up Better Stack was super easy, just installing the Logtail package and using it. With a small team of five, all of our software engineers find it very helpful.
