AwardSpring’s scholarship management platform is simple, powerful, and easy to use. Our thoughtful, intuitive design simplifies your application process and empowers you to focus on what really matters - less paperwork, more awarding.
AwardSpring Donor Management gives scholarship and advancement teams one record for every donor, gift, and fund. Contact history, giving history, and the funds a donor supports sit in the same system that runs the awarding cycle, so fund balances and award activity stay current instead of being reconciled after the fact.
For every donor, Donor Experience produces an impact report built from the facts and financials already in your system, a thank-you artifact, and a branded portal that delivers both the way each donor prefers. Your team controls the send: nothing donor-facing goes out unapproved, and student content clears consent gates before a donor sees it. SpringIQ keeps an activity record and a review queue, and engagement data stays with your gift officers. Built for advancement, foundation, and donor relations teams stewarding hundreds of funds with a small staff. Part of the AwardSpring Fund Platform alongside Scholarship Management, Donor Management, and Fund Management.
Fund Management monitors fund balances in real time and keeps every dollar moving from gift to award. Flags surface underutilized funds before reporting season, forecasts cover balances and utilization across multiple years, and SpringIQ monitors gift agreements and drafts changes for your review. Built for the three offices that manage donor funds together: advancement, financial aid, and finance. Part of the AwardSpring Fund Platform, and built to stay UPMIFA-compliant.

About
What is AwardSpring?
AwardSpring builds the platform that connects scholarship programs to the donors who fund them. More than 600 organizations use it to run the full awarding cycle, from application through disbursement, and to keep donor records, funds, and impact reporting in the same system. Administrators get one place to collect applications, match students to the awards they qualify for, assign reviewers, score against their own rubrics, and award funds without moving data between spreadsheets. Advancement and foundation teams get a single donor record and fund-level reporting, so telling a donor what their giving accomplished does not require exporting from two systems and reconciling them by hand. We work with two-year and four-year colleges and universities, community and education foundations, nonprofits, corporations, and professional associations. Support is what our customers mention most, and our team answers in an average of 16 minutes.
