Being able to look up devices by device name or user name. Pushing updates, seeing when it was last rebooted and deploying to them. Excellent UI. Fast load times.

What I like about Automox is the key ability of Automox to make endpoint patching easier for the IT team. The platform is simple to manage and you get a good view of your endpoints and assets along with their patch status. I also like the built-in automation which reduces our manual efforts and helps to patch the schedules instead of our IT team manually handling them. I think the value is good for what we are paying right now. Automox saves our team quite a bit of time, especially with patching and routine endpoint management. Reduction in manual work makes the cost worthwhile for us.

Best thing I like about Automox is agent based so you deploy these light weight agent on endpoint and it start working, your devices is not necessary to be in office or company Network to patch or update the endpoints. Also we work with both Mac and Windows so it works great on those platform making it easier to manage. With Automox what I have learn is just set up the patch policies and set up the schedule and it will execute so no manual hand on keyboard or eye on glass monitoring is required.
