I like that AutoLeap is a new SaaS platform that looks good and has a fantastic support team that is really quick to respond. I find their implementation team and customer success managers to be really strong. I also appreciate how it makes data tracking much easier. The support team and support functions are one of the things I like the most. I use the parts ordering feature and the dashboard for data analysis, which lets me see margins by parts and labor. I also like how AutoLeap allows for communication between my technicians and my front desk without the need for physical back and forth. Plus, it solves my parts ordering, CRM, marketing, repair order write-up, and service writing needs, and has allowed our shops to go paperless. It also allows tracking of hours for my technicians and lets us analyze technician performance. When AutoLeap works, it's amazing, and even when there are tech bugs, their support team is helpful.
