I like how versatile Attio is and how easy to use it is. Every time I go in, everything is so smooth, and I can see what my team is doing. I can see who was the last person connected from a company and when the first connection was made, which helps me understand what's going on and ask the right questions. The full picture and visibility of what's going on are very helpful. Also, the automation in Attio is great as it does everything automatically, solving the problem of my salespeople forgetting to write down notes in the CRM system. The updated feature is amazing for keeping everyone updated with everything. The initial setup was perfect.

I use Attio as our primary CRM and appreciate having all our information in one place that is always updated, which acts as a central source of truth for our sales pipeline. I really like the extensive API that allows us to build custom integrations, making Attio adapt to our organization. Attio Workflows are very powerful and extremely easy to use or configure, enabling us to run specific flows with groups of data. I also find it incredibly customizable, like Lego blocks, allowing us to build Attio around our unique in-house processes rather than being forced into a fixed system. The initial setup of Attio was very easy.
