I have tried other qualitative data analysis solutions, but none of them has come close to ATLAS.ti. The software is easy to use, very reliable, does not crash, and its implementation on macOS is fantastic. Working with an extensive library of PDF files is a breeze, as the software takes advantage of the mac's native integration with PDF view.

The only other tool like this I have used is Q, and I gotta say that Atlas is FAR superior for content analysis. Atlas makes it easy to highlight and code text, while staying organized (e.g.: parent vs sub codes, and easy editing, easy to see coded quotes, etc.).

The support team always answer the questions and help me to use it. They have a lot of resources on their website.
