The Pivot

EventPilot was there to provide a solid, powerful, cost effective infrastructure and the needed support to help us quickly pivot our meetings to a virtual platform. The seamless integration with our mobile app/desktop planner, registration and programming software, allowed us to move fast, even with our very limited knowledge and experience in the virtual realm. The EventPilot team was there to provide guidance every step of the way, making us look good and as though we were on top of our game to our attendees and community.

Powerful, User Friendly App that manages large amounts of data

- ATIV team is easy to work with and are responsive to issues presented - APP is very flexible and can handle large amounts of data from the backend CMS - New features are consistently being added/enhanced - Onsite, users love the APP. It is the main "Go to" tool

Most Reliable App We've Had

The app is clean and very easy to navigate. The CMS is easy to navigate on our end and when updates happen in the live app, attendees can choose to update now or update later, which is a great feature to have when there are so many attendees using the wifi at the same time!
