I love their consumaer return portal!! It's a great dashboard - quick and easy to set up, with the ability to personalise the look and feel so it reflects the customer's own brand and portal. It's incredibly user-friendly, allowing customers to easily make changes themselves, such as switching services on and off or updating logos, without needing additional support.
