The best part of Asset Bank for us is being able to easily integrate a new Client's assets into our instance. We can separate assets by Client and furthermore provide additional categorization specific to that client.

Asset Bank is a fantastic DAM. We use it for our Print PDF files and it can search for strings of text and then add them to a custom lightbox. Multiple examples of time-saving features that not only help search for PDFs but also let the customers think you have a Magic Wand. Answering queries within minutes. We also use it to send out reminders when the document review date expires and automated emails get sent directly to the customer.
