Assetbank can house all your images and make it really easy for all colleagues across your business to access your images in a centralised place. It means you don't need any one person allocating images to colleagues. The search function works well, as long as you have a well structured keyword system in place. The storage is robust and all images are kept behind a secure password protected system, to ensure GDPR compliance.

Asset Bank is fantastic for organising all of your imagery, logos and video assets. We've been able to house all of our clients assets in easy to manage folders and the unique ID number has taken out an unnecessary back and forth on which image to use on websites or digital campaigns. I also really like the lightbox feature, this is a handy element to be able to share images with external parties.

Our team recently transitioned across to the new cloud based version of Asset Bank and I've been really impressed with how smooth the process went. The team at Asset Bank have been extremely helpful and made suggestions and recommendations based on how we would be using the system and spent time understanding our needs. They have checked in regularly and been proactive and even suggested ways of promoting it internally to our staff to increase staff uptake. Uploading content and maintaining the system is easy, which is great for our small team. The other admins have found it easy to use and intuitive. Any issues we have had have been dealt with very quickly when we have raised a ticket, all in all I'm very happy with the platform, its interface, the way it can be customized and set up to suit our needs and how easy it is to maintain.
