AssessTEAM is very user friendly for both the reviewer and the reviewee.

What I like most about AssessTEAM is the ease of accessibility. The clients said it's easy to use, just by using the email link, and when I review the reviews, it makes logical sense. It aggregates all the reviews in one spot. It shows where you could improve and where you're excelling. It creates metrics that can be measured across the company for each individual. It has a very easy to use interface. On my end as a user, the initial setup was very easy.

I think it is a great tool. That is easy to navigate across teams. I enjoy the AI feature that allows me to say what I need in a more detailed or refined way. I can keep track of my performance daily to ensure that I am hitting my goals.
