I like that the rating system offered a wider range of options instead of only “good” or “bad.” It also includes a note/comment box so reviewers can explain why they chose that score and add a bit more context. Also, I like how smooth and fast it is to move on or go back to a question. When I have a question about the product, customer service is fast about getting back to me with solutions. I haven't tried any AI functions yet but really look forward to it.

I appreciate the ease of sending out reliable assessments to my team and then easily comparing the data, the trends, and the stand-out performers. I also like the flexibility of being able to change, adjust, and customize each and every assessment.

It allows us to store large amounts of data regarding staff performance in an organized and easy to access manner. I am able to pull up specific staff assessments and easily compare them side by side. It also allows me to quickly see staff averages across specific assessments, etc.
