What I like most about Neos is that it keeps everything in one place and actually makes day-to-day work easier. It helps our teams stay organized, keeps cases moving, and gives us clear visibility into what’s happening across the firm. From a marketing perspective, having clean data and consistent reporting makes a huge difference in how we track performance and improve the client experience. I like the custom Dashboards. My marketing dashboards give me live insights into leads, retainers, and sources to keep me up to date and informed. Also, if you want a new field or a new way of reporingt, they are quick to add it.

Neos keeps all the case documents well organized and all the case information is easily accessed. I like how Neos makes it easy to upload new documents into each client file. Also the AI feature has saved me so much time on summarizing client docs.

Assembly Neos offers impressive features for tagging emails and utilizing AI. I find its capabilities in these areas to be quite strong.
