Neos now has integrated Ai features that allows our team to save time and ensure that our services are at the highest level possible.

Neos has finally started linking different types of contacts. For example, previously provider contacts would not be linked to case contacts. Some providers have specific details and they were not easily found out until we could look at what was done in a previous case.

Neos has really improved its notes section. We used to have issues with notes not saving, and since they've added the feature to allow us to save changes before moving on to something else, it has really helped. The advanced search has also really helped find specific things we need or are looking for from cases. This really helped with second-guessing things. It still really helps us as a team keep up with every client's case and to ensure we know what was last worked on and with who. Having things organized is the best way to keep things functional. I also like that the "recently searched" list has grown much longer. This really helps if I need to pull up someone I had opened earlier in the day.
