I use Assembly Neos daily for legal document and workflow management. I especially like the customization features and the ability to manage multiple workflows within the same system. I also love the support portal! The customization features help our team tailor workflows and document management processes to fit our department's needs. The support portal has been very helpful whenever questions come up, since responses and resources are usually clear and easy to follow. The integration with Microsoft OneDrive and Outlook helps keep documents, communications, and case-related information organized and accessible. I found it very easy and quick to learn the platform, and it really supports our department's workflow and organization effectively. The initial setup and onboarding process felt manageable overall. While there was a learning curve with some advanced features like templates, the platform became easier to navigate with daily use and support resources. Performance has been reliable overall during daily use, and the system helps keep workflows running efficiently throughout the workday. The platform feels worth the investment because it helps improve efficiency and keeps important processes organized in one place. The AI-assisted summary features have also been helpful for quickly reviewing case information when handling multiple cases and workflows. I would definitely recommend Assembly Neos, 10/10 all the way. I love it!

I find Assembly Neos incredibly useful for retrieving case information very quickly, saving me from having to sift through documents manually. I love being able to read notes from other team members without needing to chase them down for information. I really enjoy the ability to track providers, dates of treatment, and providers on liens. The Docs tab with its templates is great for generating documents. I particularly like using the Value Tab to track costs, payments, and other financial data, and I appreciate being able to attach documents directly to my notes for easy access. The checklist feature helps me stay organized, and creating my own to-dos is very efficient. I also appreciate the customizable dashboard, which lets me see my activities and cases without extra steps, and the seamless integration with my Outlook calendar to ensure I don't miss anything.
