As the Creative Marketing Project Manager and admin for Robohead on our team, I use the platform daily to manage art requests, assign tasks, and keep everything moving across multiple departments. It’s been a game changer for organizing our creative workflow. What I like most is how customizable it is—we’ve tailored request forms and approval flows to fit how our team actually works, which has helped cut down on back-and-forth and made timelines clearer for everyone involved. It’s especially helpful when juggling priorities between copywriters, designers, and partners across different regions. From the admin side, I love being able to build reports and dashboards to give leadership a quick snapshot of what’s in the pipeline and how long projects are taking. It’s made resourcing and planning a lot easier. In fact, our team has become so efficient using Robohead that other departments have started reaching out to ask what system we use—and I’ve even done a few quick tutorials to walk them through it. That’s been a great sign that the tool is really working. I also have to give a huge shoutout to our account manager, Will Goad! I’ve been working with him for the past four years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner. He’s always just a quick email or call away, takes the time to walk through solutions, and genuinely cares about helping us make Robohead work for our team. He’s built a great relationship with us, and honestly, he’s a big reason we’ve stayed with Robohead all these years.

Project management in RoboHead stands out as the best part of the platform due to its comprehensive tools and features that streamline tasks, enhance collaboration, and provide real-time insights, ultimately ensuring efficient project execution and successful outcomes.

All our project intake forms, projects, task list, gantt charts, project notes, review process, and final library can be housed in one place. With a Creative Team that is working on about 70 projects at a time this allows us to get things done accurately and on schedule.
