It ties together time logs, project management tools, and operations costs in one place within the Salesforce environment which is handy. The capabilities and features are vast, so it does take some time to get things set up and running. Our SF admin found it easy enough to install and integrate with Salesforce, and our project manager and I as the project lead were able to get the basics set up, and are managing to set up customizations. Once we ramp up, we'll be using this with all of our projects.

The Customer support team is really prompt.Whether it’s a quick question or a major issue, the support team is always available and ready to assist. Their ability to provide timely and effective solutions has significantly enhanced our experience with product.
