Appfolio makes property management a breeze

|AppFolio Property Manager
What I like about Appfolio Property Manager is that it is a one stop shop for everything you need to manage a property. From preparing initial leases to lease renewals, invoicing, screening applicants, approving or denying applicants, listing properties for rent, communicating with owners or tenants. It does all that and more. So easy to use and extremely convenient. I highly recommend.

Appfolio is one of the BEST Property Management software's available!

|AppFolio Property Manager
Appfolio is a very user friendly program. I have been using it since 2016. I have had to train accounting staff and property managers on Appfolio and was able to do it with ease. Their HELP chat feature is a great plus. If you run into any complications you get help support relatively quickly. When we switched over to Appfolio it was an easy integration process. We were able to get up and running within a day or two. It has been a great daily tool for our property managers! We love it!
