Never missed a scheduled call. Always was aware of our questions. 2. Customer service has been great with our rep Katie. 3. Tutorials within the platform on nearly every page. When that gets too much (from reading all day), I call or email and Katie or someone else gets right back to us. 4. End of year was historically "crazy making" but Charityproud has made our tax receipt notification process amazingly easy.
