I really like Airtable because of its flexibility. It combines the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the organizational features of a database, making it easy for different teams to adapt it to their work without needing technical expertise. The ability to have different views like grid, calendar, and more is incredibly helpful, and it makes the data useful for our teams. I also appreciate how Airtable allows linking records between tables, which helps manage and reduce duplicate data.

I started using Airtable to organize content and daily task tracking for my Salesforce learning and training work. I like that I can create tables quickly, link related data, and switch between different views depending on what I need to check. It feels easier to manage compared to maintaining multiple Excel sheets separately.

The linked records and relational table structure are honestly what sold it for us internally. The visual base setup also made cross-team visibility really easy. Our ops and credit teams could simply open the base and know exactly where an application stood, without having to pull anyone into a meeting. As an internal no-code data layer for handling that volume, it genuinely punches above its weight when the schema is set up properly.
