Instead of forcing our workflow into a pre-baked software structure, Airtable lets us build the exact schema we need. The ability to link records across different tables means we can connect high-level feature epics directly to granular sprint tasks, code repositories without duplicating data.

I have literally made countless solutions to a variety of business challenges from simple project planners to complex divisional performance monitoring and custom interfaces, all without one line of code. The AI (Omni) has come on in leaps and bounds in 2026. Staff are amazing, helpful. Have a great helpful community also available to help. Airtable has replaced several high profile competitor platforms internally, not only saving money but providing enhanced solutions. The gap from being a user to being a builder is not a big as some think too, and our internal builder list is growing quickly.

I like the filter options in Airtable because it offers a good amount of bifurcation, allowing me to view data period wise and amount wise. This helps me filter under particular tags and easily rectify it with the books if it is properly maintained. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty good and user-friendly, enabling me to migrate data very fast.
