Customer Service Driven and Robust System
I love that I have a Customer Success Manager (shoutout Nathan) that is there for me when I need anything. Also, it is very user friendly for our investor relations team. If I need any help, everyone is super responsive. I've worked with Michal and he always gets back to me and solves my problems, which alleviates stress in my role.

I like how user-friendly Agora Real Estate is, especially the client-facing aspects. What stands out is the simplicity, as the system uses simple colors and offers multiple ways to complete the same tasks, reducing the need to navigate through numerous screens. Most options are conveniently accessible by clicking the three dots on the side, streamlining the process significantly. Additionally, I find the support from Felipe and Carlos to be very helpful, contributing to a positive experience with the service.

Agora has been an excellent platform for our firm, it's intuitive, flexible, and thoughtfully designed. While we’re still in the setup phase, it’s already clear how much easier this system will be for our clients to navigate compared to others we’ve used. The client-facing portal is clean and user-friendly, and implementation has been smooth thanks to a responsive, knowledgeable support team. Overall, Agora combines ease of use, strong functionality, and excellent customer support, making it a valuable long-term solution for our operations.
