I like having everything intergrated together. CRM, Investor Portal. I'm glad to have the ability to make updates and help investors directly in the portal. I like all the robust information that is available to the investors for the portfoilo.

I think the payments feature in Agora Real Estate is pretty great. I'm optimistic that their reporting will also be impressive once I get into it.

I particularly appreciate Agora Real Estate's much more granular waterfall capability and better user interface compared to competitors. The team is incredibly responsive, and it's great to see the product constantly evolving for the better. I find the fundraising workflow impressive as it effectively manages our investor interest, facilitates signing subscription agreements, and handles funding. The strong support during the initial setup was a big plus, even if the setup process wasn't entirely straightforward.
