Agentplace is a platform for creating AI agents that serve customers and help run a business. Each Agentplace agent can have its own web page and URL, where customers interact by text or voice and receive personalized results through an interface the agent controls. Agents can have their own frontend, backend, business logic, records, memory, integrations, interactive interfaces, and voice. They can understand unstructured requests, determine what needs to happen next, gather information, take actions, and move a customer toward an outcome. Businesses use Agentplace to build AI receptionists, phone agents, sales and booking agents, intake and customer service agents, planning agents, digital services, and autonomous workflow agents. Instead of adding an AI chatbot to an existing website or application, Agentplace lets the agent itself become the application, combining conversation, interface, business logic, and actions in one place.
